Bought HiMedia HD300A today, Great product, loving every minute I'm playing with it. Way ahead of its competitors in terms of features and support (firmware updates are often from what I see). Plays about every single format I've tested flawlessly.
The salesperson attending to me today was very helpful and friendly, helped me to update the firmware to the latest and installed the 2.5" HDD that I bought elsewhere.

I bought HD300D few weeks back, Play Smart's customer service was excellent (lotta thanks to Michael for patience with me as some things had to be sorted via email before I was able to place an order) and parcel arrived quickly 'n safely to its destination. Player itself is really promising unit serving its purpose as multimedia player even better than I expected, and as firmware updates pop up every now and then product support is definitely among the best I've ever stumbled upon. A+
